Take Regular Breaks – Restore Your Strength
You are not a machine, and you need to take regular breaks throughout the day to recharge your batteries and rejuvenate. A great way to do this is by limiting yourself to 30 minutes of work followed by 10 minutes of break for every hour worked. In this 10-minute break, take a short walk or have a cup of tea. Anything that can help you clear your head and restore your strength for the next hour. Moreover, taking breaks can help you maintain your memory and prevent the “zone of uncertainty” in your brain, which is, essentially, when we forget what was just said or done.
